Utilisation and planning tasks

Hi,

I am trying to plan phases/tasks for the next 4 months, that use multiple resource within our company.

I am trying to check the resources utilisation as I proceed to ensure that resources have enough time available outside of their other project commitments, however it seems that I can only do this on once resource at a time, through the resources-><user>->utilisation tab

However I cannot find a way to show me a mix of booked & assigned hours so that I can really tell if multiple resources are over time or not.

reports->advanced->users has separate versions of these charts, but what I really need is a combined plot, showing simply hours over budget, for multiple users. I believe that I need this to plan my task layout effectively?
