NetSuite multi-currency customer feature is incompatible error during integration
If you get this error after updating your OpenAir integration bundle is here is the support information on this topic:
To set this up:
a. Enable the multi-currency customer feature in NetSuite.
b. Upgrade to version 1.31 of the OpenAir Integration bundle.
c. The feature is only supported when using the 2013.1 endpoint. You cannot use the 2008.2 endpoint with this feature.
Note: OpenAir accounts are currently using the 2008.2 endpoint. We will be upgrading all accounts to the 2013.1 endpoint on the November 2013 release of OpenAir.
d. If the bundle has been upgraded to 1.31 or higher but the 2008.2 endpoint continues to be used, there will be an error. This is the same error you referenced in your email.
