Dynamic Timesheet Grid

A while back there use to be an option for "dynamic" timesheet grid. I have switched companies and not sure if this is not enabled at this company or is no longer an option.  Does this option still exist? (I could not find it in the admin guide)

In the hints section below the timesheet grid, users can click on the "Dynamic" link to view a new user interface to the timesheet grid. Users can choose to toggle back to the old timesheet view by clicking on the "Classic" link in the hints section. Selecting Dynamic or Classic will have no impact on the actual timesheet data; rather, it will allow users two options for viewing the timesheet grid.
