Scripting to populate start of Project Name with Job No & a space

Can anyone help write a script to populate the start of the Project Name field with the Job No.

Currently, when creating projects, we take the Job No and manually type it into the Project Name field.  It would be good to automate this upon saving so that it reduces the potential for errors when writing it in manually.

Example:

Job No. = 4367

Project Name typed in as 'Test Assignment'.

After saving, the project name will be "4367 Test Assignment".

Any clues??
