Show user and total on subject line of approval notification emails

<p>There is an internal setting that can be enabled by OpenAir support to "Show user and total on subject line for expense report approvals". This setting will automatically include the name of the User and the total of the expense report in the subject line of the notification email to the approver. The subject line will be formatted as follows "Envelope totaling US$X submitted for appproval by Last name, First name". Please contact OpenAir support if you are interested in having this setting enabled in your account.</p>
