Project "Team" hyperlinks

<p>The project "Team" link (Projects > Projects > Select a project > Team) has a list of all users and generic resources that have been booked to the project and/or assigned to tasks within the project. If an assignment group is booked/assigned, the individual group members are listed, but their names are not hyperlinked because the entire group is booked/assigned. Only individually booked/assigned resources are hyperlinked for substitution.</p>
