Scroll almost all the way to just below the a€œNotesa€ field<br/>- Click the checkbox next to a€œGenerate PivotTable filea€<br/>- Run the report<br/>- Above and to the left of the report results is a link to download the data:<br/>("Click here to download '[report name]' report PivotTable file to Microsoft Excel 2000/2002. (As a CSV formatted file))<br/><br/>Please note that the same link is available if you click the a€œDownloada€ link at the bottom of the report results screen.<br/><br/>- This will provide you with line item data that can easily be manipulated
