Share saved reports with Contacts

">In OpenAir, you have the ability to share saved reports in your account with a€œContactsa€.A  a€œContactsa€ in OpenAir are just like contacts in Outlook or any other emailing client.A  When you create a contact in OpenAir, you simply fill out a demographic form with the contacta€™s name, address, phone, email, etc. and save.A  Next, there is an internal switch called a€œEnable emailing of contacts on scheduled reportsa€ that OpenAir support can enable in your account that will allow you to add a€œContactsa€ to scheduled reports.A  Once this switch is enabled, you can select a saved report, click on the calendar
