Milestones - billing rules

<p> </p><p class="MsoPlainText">The way milestones work with billing rules is that it look at the start date and trigger the amount to be billed when that date is reached.  You can also create a billing rule based on percent complete of a milestone.  To create this billing rule please:</p> <p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin-left: 0.5in;"> </p> <p class="MsoPlainText">1. Go to the project and the billing tab</p><p class="MsoPlainText">2. Click the 'Create' dropdown and select 'Fixed fee on % complete.'</p><p class="MsoPlainText">3. Enter the amount, currency and percent complete threshold (100%)</p><p class="MsoPlainText">4. Be sure to check the box next to ‘% complete for…’ and select the milestone
