Preventing users from entering hours against a project
<p> </p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">If you are looking to prevent users from entering time against a project (e.g. you are above budgeted hours), one way would be to make the project inactive or to close out the specific task. To inactivate a project, you would uncheck the ‘Active’ box in the edit project form. To close a task, you would check the box next to ‘Closed’ in the edit task form. If you inactivate a project, it will no longer show up on any users’ timesheets. Closing out a task will have the same effect. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:
