  <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial">If you turn on the setting to allow project managers to see all time entries when approving timesheets, it will apply to all project managers.</span></p>    <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial">If the project managers also approve time at the user level, they will see all time entries at that point.
