  <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial">One of our users tried to create a text field in OpenAir that each user could edit, where the users could themselves write a short blurb specifying a brief profile.</span></p>    <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial">The objective behind creating this field was to be able to report on it.
