Network incident in progress impacting OpenAir performance
Dear NetSuite OpenAir customers,
Our monitoring has identified an issue with our DNS servers (our primary and backup). These servers are intermittently responding slowly to requests which resolve internet addresses. While the OpenAir service is not down, there may be some intermittent performance impacts to the OpenAir application.
Our DNS provider is currently working on mitigating the issue. Service is experiencing latency but still working. What this means to NetSuite OpenAir customers is they may experience latency or access issues. We are monitoring closely and will provide an update once this has been resolved.
