OpenAir site is down

in SuiteProjects Pro Announcements

Dear NetSuite OpenAir customers,

Due to damage from the hurricane, our data center has lost connectivity to the internet. Although we have confirmed that there is power to the data center, there is currently no connectivity in or out.

There is currently no ETA for a resolution. We are expecting an update on the situation within 30 minutes.

We will keep you posted on the status. We apologize for the inconvenience.
