| OpenAir | NS Connector will require Token-Based Authentication for NetSuite 2019.1 |
| Support for user credentials as a method to connect OpenAir to NetSuite will be deprecated with the NetSuite 2019.1 release. You must configure your NetSuite integration Credentials to use Token-Based Authentication (TBA) for your integrations to work with the NetSuite 2019.1 release. Token-Based Authentication requires the 2016.2 Communication Endpoint. To enable it, please contact OpenAir Customer Support. We recommend testing your integration with this new endpoint on a sandbox before fully implementing it. See the NS Connector Guide (from page 26) for instructions on setting up Token-Based Authentication. Please be sure to share this notification with your development/technical staff to allow them time to prepare for this important change. You are recommended to start using Token-Based Authentication as soon as possible. |
