help pls - can't login from PHP

I'm fine using NetSuite webservices with .net, however a customer requires PHP code. I'm using standard NS NuSoap libraries from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=180270&package_id=208580. Also tried to change NetSuitePort_2_0 to 2_5. Web page says "login failed". Tried with both PHP4/5 on IIS 6/7 (ISAPI). What can this be?
