I'm trying to access the Netsuite Web Service.
All I get is an exception with this message:
You have entered an invalid email address or account number. Please try again.
I'm trying to get an supportCase document with this code:

$getResponse = core::getNetsuite()->get($request);

(core::getNetsuite returns the netsuite object which is encapsuled within an class)
Don't know who to continue.
