Error: A role is required unless a default has been set...
Hello- Received this from a customer today. Any ideas? I've asked them to open a support ticket as well.
I am an admin in my netsuite account and I can use it just fine. However, an associate who is not an admin cannot get it to work. She gets an error message like: A role is required unless a default has been set. What does this mean and how do we correct it?
