Hi- I just had another customer call with this error. We never got the last one resolved since I cannot log into my customer's account to reproduce the problem. This new customer won't let us either due to confidentiality concerns.

This customer has generously agreed to work directly with someone from NetSuite to resolve this problem. Can someone please make themselves available for this? I've really tried everything with the last very patient customer and I think this is the only way to finally get this resolved.
