BUG. update would return empty response in case internalId was not set.

Hello.

In case an update or an updateList request omits value for an internalId field NetSuite would responde with an HTTP message with a zero length body.  Should not it return a correct SOAP message in any case?

I have comunication logs and a test client demonstrating this behavior.
