Hi Terry

We've got a requets from NetSuite on implementing client side filtration for sycnhronized objects. In order to evaluate a possible fucntionality scope fo this solution we'd like to clarify following

1. Is there a way to build logical OR combination of filters  in terms of a single Search object (e.g. CustomerSearch?) Does combinantion work as AND by default?

2. Is there a way to get a metadata on some type of object (fields and their types) via API? We evaluate an ability to build a unified interface for creating filtration criterias for arbitrary objects
