isSuccess=true but no search results

Hi,

I'm working with version 11, wsdl 2.0.  If I search for an Inventory item, the response comes back with a status of isSuccess=true, but the recordlist is null. 

Does this mean that the search was a success, but no records where found?  I've verified in the UI that the items that I'm searching for actually exist.
