Operation Timeouts

Hi,

When we are accessing NetSuite using WebServices for Sales Order, Item etc., Consumption from India (09:30 Hours ahead of EST), we don't see much of a problem. When we try to access the same record during US working hours, we are getting operation timeouts many times. We are accessing the following wsdl : https://webservices.netsuite.com/wsdl/v2_0_0/netsuite.wsdl.

The operation either gets timed out or some times takes 5-6 minutes to process a particular service (which usually takes about a minute during non US working hours).

Some times we are getting stuck at search operation. for ex : transaction search, itemsearch.
