Downloading SalesOrders between a span of two hours

Hi Terry,
  We are trying to download Salesorders based on lastmodifieddate through scheduler.we want to run our schedular for every two hours.we are unable to download  the orders which are modified/created between a span of two hours.(Ex:if we run schedular at 2 pm ,we will get all  the orders(created/modifed) upto that time.Then if we schedule that after two hours like at 4pm ,we need to download the orders which are created/modified with in this span of two hours(2pm- 4pm).

We are able to download the orders for a week / onorbefore-today..etc with the given logic
