Problems in Production - none in Sandbox

I'm using the WS to create CashSales and SalesOrders. Everything is working fine in the Sandbox, but when I run in Production, I get the following errors. My Netsuite person here says the users and the forms have been setup the same in both locations. Obviously, something's different. Where should I have him look?
