Item fulfillment and Credit Card approval

When I do an Item Fulfillment, I was wondering what messages I will get back from the web service call if the sale is rejected. Maybe the customer's card is over their limit, or security code on the back is entered wrong, or whatever.

What will I get back from the web service when the sale is rejected?
