Meaningless error messages

Hi,

I have spent the last few days troubleshooting a (simple in retrospect) problem. The problem showed up when adding invoices, but not always. The error message was "Choose an item". After moult experimentations I eventually related the problem with some items that did not have an associated GL account.

The error message was not helpful:
- it did not point to a specific invoice line.
- it did not indicate that it was related to a specific item.
- it did not specify which item.
- it did not indicate that it was related to a missing value in the account field.

Investigating took a lot of trial an errors (trying different type of invoices, loading different items, relating invoices to different customers, etc.). If you add the fact that each of these tests is very slow (e.g several minutes to add 60 items, taking into account several calls to getCustomization, on a demo account) this is very impractical.
