Intercepting declined recurring/memorized transaction

hi,

I want to check when there is "Declined transaction" (f.e. credit-card problem) i.e. when memorized transaction is declined for some reason ?
How I do that ? Is there some SOAP-call ? Let say getting a list of all the declined transactions ?
Please give me example or point me to whatever documentation there is on the subject ?
