VendorBill Search

I have added a vendor with an opening balance via webservices. I now need to remove that vendor. The opening balance created a VendorBill record. When I go to try and find any VendorBills related to a vendor using the "search" operation, I cannot find the VendorBillSearchBasic, or it's equilavant.

How can I search for bills related to a vendor?

The documentaiton indicates that it is possible to do this.
