Connection Time out

We have an automated process that's been working for months. Last night, it started timing out.

I login, find a Customer record, go to modify the record, and I get:

Your connection has timed out.  Please log in again.

What happened? I've watched it run, it's not like it sits for anything length of time. The timeout message appears right away on the update of the Customer record.

Like I said, this has been working fine for months and it VERY important.

I run in Java, with the patched version of the Axis jar.

This is the Axis Fault message:
