SiteCategorySearch - Client found response content type of 'text/html

Greetings,

We are running a SiteCategorySearch using wsdl2.6 and have been receiving the error below.  The code usually runs ok if we rerun it, but this is not really an option and is a new problem since the upgrade.

Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=utf-8', but expected 'text/xml'.
The request failed with the error message:
