Cannot create sales order from web service

We are having a problem creating sales orders.  The problem started first thing yesterday and has continued today.  It was working fine Friday afternoon.  I noticed that you have updated to version 2007.1 over the weekend.  It seems that something has changed that has broken us!  We haven't changed any of our code, yet it fails with a rather ambiguous error (as shown below). Please respond ASAP! The xml is as follows:
