is there any way to get the name of a product's full option names through the web services API?

Here is an example: I have a product with a size and a color option.  When I view the matrix section of that product (a tab in the items section of the netsuite interface), I can see the full name of both options. 

I would like to be able to get the full option names of a specific product (based on internalID?).
