Set Custom Field to Null or Blank
Any time I try to set a custom field of type String to nothing, null, or even "" which is blank I get the following error:
java.io.IOException: Non nillable element 'value' is null.
I cannot figure out a way to exclude the fields in the CustomFieldList object based on if the field is going to contain no data. It looks like you are supposed to be able to do:
.setCustomField(1, CustomFieldRef)
.setCustomField(2, CustomFieldRef)
and so on
This doesn't seem to work, especially if the numbers aren't in the right order.
So instead I'm using
new CustomFieldRef[] {customFieldRef1, customFieldRef2... }
It would be easiest if I could just set a StringCustomField to blank, is there an enum for this perhaps?
