ccApproved not being set on Sales Order

I am having an issue creating a Sales Order where as seting CCApproved = True

Here's my code:

If Len(AuthorizationNumber) > 0 Then
                            so.authCode = AuthorizationNumber
                            so.ccApproved = True
                            so.ccApprovedSpecified = True
End If

Note: the authCode IS SET PROPERLY.  But ccApproved is always False.

Any ideas?
