PO Total Field

Hi.  I'm trying to figure out how to get the Total Field to be correct. I can't set it because it is read only. It needs to include Shipping, Tax and the total of the line items.  But, there does not appear to be a way to enter Shipping and Tax costs?

Please clarify.
