Call to external webservice from netsuite

Hi,

I would like to call a external webservice/website from netsuite.
I want to call this webservice/website after the checkout has happened i.e., when ever transactio id created for a successful sale transaction, i want to call the external website/webservice and send the ordernumber/TranId as a parameter. I am using VB.NET as the programming language to create this website/webservice.

I have tried to use the below process:
