New Address Issue

One of our customers has a customer record in netsuite that already has 245 address book entries.

We run into an issue when we need to add an entry to the customer address book.

The customer record we submit for update has all of the existing address book entries, and the new one.  The problem is that this is timing out / Netsuite appears to become unresponsive after the update call.  The connection eventualy times out.  I am guessing that the issue is because of the size of the request we are submitting.

What is the best practice to add a new address to the address book using web services?
