Questions on NS-BOS?

hello everyone,

I have some questions on NS-BOS:
* For the vertical solutions, for example, will 100% depends on the existing NetSuite platform and funtions,or it can be 100% independent which only rely on some local APIs and libs?
* Does this means users can devlope the local solutions which part/full database located in user's company?
* Shall ISV/Developer can build up vertical solutions with distributed system, e.g. part of system located in user's company and part of it in NetSuite US?
* How can we get the package of NetSuite-BOS ? after we purchase it? of we need to appy for another/upgraded solution provider license to get it? who can we contact with to get it?
