How to customize the integration summary by job report to get the SOAP

I run the "Integration and Automation Usage Summary By Job" report to get the request and response SOAP.  The problem is that the report takes forever to run.  I have tried to customize the report to only return data for the last hour (or even the last day), but whenever I set a filter on the end date I get no data.  Does anyone know how to use the end date filter?  Is there a strange format I need to use for the date/time?
