Creating a Case over Web Services
Newbie here, I am having troubles figuring out how to create a case using web services. I am using JAVA and have the web services working because I can do things like read from customer records. I can not figure out what type of record creates a case and how to create this case over the web services. I want the same behavior as if I logged in and hit the "Case" link and created a new case.
so my question is really 2 parts, what data type (record type) maps to a normal case, and 2 does anyone have a working Java example of creating one?
