Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (aka Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Developer account, cannot set Web Services role
Hello,
[Shortly after posting this question I found the answer: the Web services role is available via the "Setup" tab of Permissions, not via the Transactions tab.]
In my developer account I've enabled Web Services via Setup->Company->Enable Features->SuiteCloud. I've also enabled Show Internal IDs.
I've downloaded and installed PHP_Toolkit, but when I run it with the role "Controller" I get the error:
"You do not have permission to access web services feature"
I tried a few other roles but those tell me I don't have permission to view the page.
After a bit of research I tried to set the Web Services permission for the Controller role by going to Setup->Users/Roles->Manage Roles. However, Web Services doesn't appear as a Permission in the Transactions list (I've already enabled the Remote XML permission). I can't find it anywhere else either.
