How to Specify Script for addField on a Form with Select type

Hi All,

               I want to customize the select List on a Field in a Custom Form which is adding using Suitlet.

               I have a custom Record. I am creating a Form using Suitlet. One of the field type is Select and sourcing of select options are from Custom Record..But I don't want to load all the Custom Records in the Select list. I want some filtering on the select options.
  
             How can I achieve it.
             Please help me.
