Searching Sales Orders

I'm trying to use the webservices to query all sales orders that were created after a specific date. I'm trying to come up with the
soap request and am having trouble since most of the examples I've seen are in java or c# (below is what I've come up with so far)
Can you help me with the syntax of the SOAP request?
