Getting list of Contacts using CustomerID?

I'm using VB .NET. I am able to search Customers and get a response containing the Customer objects, along with their InternalID's. Now I want to search for Contacts belonging to each of those Customers, using the Customer.InternalID's. I see an example in the documentation for Java, but I don't see any similar method in .NET. Any help please?
