Using GetFile

Does anyone have a real world example of using the GetFile() method?

I am trying to upload a file from my hard drive to the file cabinet using script with no UI.

GetFile is hanging me up is seems to require a UI the way I have seen it in the help examples.

PS Sorry for the Cross post (I also posted this in SuiteScript).
