Error Generating WSDL using Eclipse

Hi, this is my first time using Netsuite WebServices API.  I am using Eclipse to generate the Web Client from the NetSuite.WSDL .  All classes compiled without error except for "TransactionSearchBasic" and "TransactionSearchRowBasic" classes.  I am getting the following error:

"Too many parameters, parameter shippingAmount is exceeding the limit of 255 words eligible for  method parameters"

Is there a another WSDL that corrects this error.  I got the WSDL from netsuite.com online.

Also Is it okay to use the classes in the Sample Project instead of generating the WSDL?

Any assistance will be appreciated.
