How to get Current Date value of client in User Event Script

Hi All,

            Anybody know that how to get the current date value of User in User Event script.

            I tried to use "new Date()". but I am getting the value of current date of server not actual user's current date.

           I want this current date value to set one of the field using user event script.

           Please help if any one have idea.
