How can I retrieve new created PO?

Hi,

I am new to NewSuite development.

I just wonder how can I achieve following requirement using NetSuite API.

1) Whenever a new PO is created in Order Management – I need a notification to my application so that I can download the PO.

2) Whenever a PO is paid - I need a notification so that I can update the PO in my application.
