[NS OneWorld] Subsidiary filter in Saved Search

edited Jun 5, 2020 1:27PM in SuiteCloud / Customization

Hi All,

I've created a Saved Search in a OneWorld account.
From my client app, I now want to retrieve the search result filtered for a certain subsidiary.
in short words here is what I do:

Create a RecordSearchBasic

Set the subsidiary property to a SearchMultiSelectField with my subsidiaryId as RecordRef and operator as anyOf

Create a RecordSearchAdvanced

Set the criteria property to a new RecordSearch setting its basic property to my RecordSearchBasic previously created with my subsidiary filter

Set the savedSearchId property with my Saved Search internalId

And finally call the service Search method
This works fine except that records not part of the headquarter (top most subsidiary level) are not part of the result even if records are set explicitly to be part of the referenced subsidiary.

Howdy, Stranger!
